I just went into the Dunkin donuts and the staff completely ignored me as if I didn't have money. I stood there for at least 3 minutes while one employee was on the phone and the other came up to the front counter and quickly walked away. On top of that, the doughnut selection was few if any.
Four of us went in with different orders. The girl working seemed displeased we were making her work. The store was dirty, the shakes we ordered we had to have adjusted multiple times because they were not good, and when we ordered doughnuts she would use the parchment paper to grab them but her thumb repeatedly would come in contact with the food. Like the other local DD this trend seems to be the same to include no doughnut selection. Once they make whatever in the morning that's all the make and the leftovers sit out all day, hence the reason it always tastes stale. Krispy Kreme is a far better option. Very disappointed in DD
2 out of 3 things on my order were incorrect. Mistakes happen, I understand that, but the attitude I received from the manager is what made me rate this place so low. When I told them about my order being wrong the manager questioned me saying "what, you didn't hear what I repeated back to you? You didn't hear me say that?" And kept asking. As a manager it is both rude and inappropriate to act in such a way toward your customer who was nice and remained nice. I wasn't mad, I wasn't rude, I wasn't upset. Accept responsibility, fix the mistake and that's that.
Very rude morning manager. I tried getting 12 doughnuts of one flavor, but was told that was a call in order. The 12 doughnuts were on hand, but the manager refused the order. It's like I'm telling them: "here, take my money I want that," but they're saying: "No because now I have to make more and do my job." I will never step foot in this Dunkin again. This "call in" reply is complete garbage, and reaching out to the franchise owner was a waste of time. Heck, I even talked with the manager of the Krispy Kreme on Washington Rd, and she said: "if it's on hand, why wouldn't you want to sell it?" I know the answer: LAZINESS.
The regular crew is awesome! They remember my name when I order my drink. My girls are great.
