Good ambience. Music is low enough that you can wear headphones and listen to something else or have conversations without raising your voice but loud enough that you can hear and sing to it. There's a good amount of tables and plugs for studying which is always great!
When he finally does after many customers get their orders he responds "You should have said something 5 minutes ago. It took everything to not reach across and grab him! I felt for him at first due to the bottleneck created by poor management choosing a 3 to 1 funnel of orders in to out but then he had to open his mouth. Moved here two years ago. First time and last in this Starbucks.
I enjoyed my stop-off at this location. There was a quiet, cozy vibe. Folks inside were paired off having pleasant conversations. The young lady behind the counter was helpful and curteous and made my visit a treat.

I love Starbucks but this location was terrible. I ordered an Americano which was delivered warm not hot. I asked them to remake it which they did...still lukewarm. The lid was defective with several holes on the rim that leaked coffee. I asked for a new lid and showed them the defect. They gave me a new defective lid. Staff was aloof and seemed inexperienced. I will never return to that location.
Had three people taking orders and one person making the drinks. The people taking orders often leaning against the counter watching the guy make drinks. My order when made was placed at drive thru and sat there for some time before the drive thru girl, doing not much of anything else finally brought it over. It was wrong so I waited patiently with my drink placed on the pick up counter until I could get the guys attention or at least he notice I'm still there. I did not want the guy who took the order to fix it because he kept wiping his nose with his hands.
