Never have I ever met a company so disorganized! Let me first tell you what happened. Recently my family bought a truck from Red's in January. I have a young family and work 60-70 hours a week trying to make ends meet. The last thing I needed was a dishonest human being taking advantage of one of the last decent people that this world has to offer. We put down 3200 and decided to opt for a year of financing. A couple days after purchasing our truck, it started rattling and we found out or barrings needed immediate replacement and that they have been greased to quiet the squeal. A week later, our transmission blew. After a week of very rude customer service and trying to contact the owner (he only takes calls on weekends because he has a full time job and is to busy to deal with his auto company during the week - - - his words, not mine), he finally told us to take it to the shop that his company uses and recommends, and they would pay half the service costs. After a month of being in the shop only to rebuild the transmission, they finally called us back and we had to pay the total amount of 400 dollars. Reds would not even cover a penny. Unfortunately, we were in dier need of our vehicle, so we ended up paying the full amount. I have not mentioned yet, we also purchased the 6 month full coverage warranty. No where is it a full warranty. The warranty covers a 60/hour shop fee and the shop that Red's suggested was 80/hour. This brings a total other issue we are fighting with. After a week of having the truck back, they came in the middle of the night to repo the truck. We now owe 1100 dollars to get it back, We still cannot figure out why and the owner has yet to return our phone call. Needless to say, I could go on and on. Please, for my own sanity DO NOT GO TO REDS! We are actually in the process of filing a lawsuit and hopefully in the next year, they will no longer be in existence!

This lot exhibits less than professional business practices. I consigned my vehicle with this lot and signed this individual's contract for consignment, he changed the contract on having the vehicle in his possession to suit his purposes. Charging numerous charges and and even an attempt to wholesale. He stated in the contract that he would make all payments to the bank while under contract and on his lot, but in 4 months has not made the first payment. He has, alos, taken the vehicle off the lot for sale and locked it up behind a fence tacking on storage fees to the vehicle. Very bad business practices and lack of upholding his own business contract!!! Beware!!!!!
