We came in the night before over a speacial order product we ordered. They did it through some a.r and was put on a swap account. So we waited and came back the next morning to speak to Kim. Well they have no idea how to refund us. Have not deleted out item from the system. We left the product and receive with them. Have now lost that too. This is the worst store I have ever been to. And manegement is so rude.
Called Store five times for appliances where nobody answered and kept getting transfered back to customer service. Even lady in CS who was polite, couldnt believe with the number of times i called, how nobody was answering in that department. However she also transfered me to manager who also failed to answer the call. Terrible customer service! Answer your phones and train your employees how to multitask. Headed to Home Depot where i will get their card and give them my business.
I Love this place!! I could spend all day here. Prices are competitive, large variety of merchandise, in the staff is always friendly and helpful. Hope to see you there soon.
This Lowe's is in a fairly convenient location. The store is clean and they often have better prices than other stores. I wish they had a better set up on displays such as the model kitchen and cabinet section. The staff is usually very helpful and polite. It would also be nice if they offered some relavent workshops. I hate the new speed bumps in the parking lot, way too large.
The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I thought about driving to Augusta but I am so glad that I didn't. I will definitely return.
