This agency has an extremely unprofessional secretary who must enjoy arguing with clients and walking away rather than explaining in a reasonable manner the situation. Does not care about customer satisfaction by any means. Does not handle documents well, and to put it bluntly, just a terrible little business to deal with. They only want your hard earned money people, simply because they don't earn it themselves... That's what the Sherlock's are know for. I'd highly recommend not wasting your time.
