I distinctly remember the phone situation being a problem when I started service as well.
I have been trying to call for 2 weeks to cancel my service, to no avail.
Good luck getting Cathy Hudson or Christie Hendrix to answer the phone.
If you need something you will always have to go there in person, unfortunately I live 2 hours away in a different state now.
