SAFETY: Okay, yes weird category to list in my review. But due to circumstances I, a late 20's female, had to be alone in the house with different people this week with home repairs/painters/etc. Husband was at work. I also had to leave for work. So I had to be alone, and I had to leave people alone in my house to have the projects done in time. I had no issues or problems with either of those things with Haller Painting. Jeremy was respectful and professional.
I don't typically leave reviews, but Haller Painting absolutely deserves this recognition. It's nice to have excellent work done, but it also feels good to support local business, and to give a payment to someone that genuinely earned it.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: I called last second needing this paint project done immediately. Open house is scheduled for this upcoming weekend and the painter I was set up with canceled on me the day they were supposed to start their work. I had to take a gamble and just go with whichever painter answered their phone, but thank God it all worked out thanks to Haller Painting. He communicated the entire way through the process--he told me where he was in the process, what was left to do, when he was on his way, when he was going to lunch, etc. He was punctual. He was respectful. It was like Chick-fil-A level customer service, and that's rare these day! :)
Jeremy and his crew do a fantastic job!!! They are very organized and work really well and are super neat! Great prices too!
QUALITY: Jeremy worked quickly and efficiently, but with precise attention to detail. He is very skilled at what he does. Professional quality. We had our vaulted ceiling living room, kitchen and breakfast area, two hallways and a stairwell, and a few other walls painted. When I did the final walk through I could not find any areas that needed touch-ups. Excellent work.
