Once a year, the town holds its Colonial Days celebration, which completely worth it.

Blacksmith shop, an old apothecary and other charming era-building that can be reserved through their website.

I love sitting next to the water wheel, or contemplating in the botanical gardens.

It's nice. I'm sure it is much more interesting when there is an activity going on there. It is a place they reenact historical moments of this area.

Went for the Colonial Days Festival - free! Can't beat that! Met George and Martha Washington, and Ben Franklin. Great family event.

It's a beautiful, tranquil park, perfect for a picnic or a romantic stroll. There a replica building from the 18th century, and it's very well taken care of.

Love seeing how people lived long ago. Beautiful buildings and learned a lot!! I will return when there's another event

Absolutely wonderful time, like walking back through history, very well educated and dedicated people to volunteer and live like our ancestors did
