I was suppose to have a pedicure but now it is a 11:00 and the next student said she could do a pedicure in 30 minutes. She kept to her word that she would finish on time and she did.

Staff was great the teacher helped guide my beautician and she nailed it. Well go back again.

Some of the best hair stylist went to scool here

Unprofessional, messy, and took over an hour for an extremely simple haircut. Not to mention I still have frayed ends from where she didn't bother to trim and shelves from where my layers weren't blended. The girls are super sweet, but that doesn't redeem the school. I understand it's a school, but compared to a place like the Paul Mitchell School in Columbia, this place is a dump.

I called about getting an instructor to do my hair because I don't want another student to do it. It would be alot quicker, easier, more efficient, and less awkward for me, the customer. They said they couldn't do that. Oh well, not going back.

The lady who confirmed my appointment the day before, I stated I needed to leave by 11:30 for class. She said "oh we well get you out in AN HOUR!"

Go to a salon and you'll end up saving in the long run.

***I know this is a learning institution, but when I am told it will take an hour and I end up being there ***2.5 HOURS*** I think that is unacceptable. Also this institution needs to be a little more professional and teach their students how to act in front of clients.

I recently scheduled a 9:00AM appointment. When I arrived at 8:50 I was not brought to a station until 9:25. There was numerous students that were just chatting and one their phones that could have seen me at my 9:00 appointment, I did not request to see anyone specific. Once I was seated in a station, the student continued to tell me she did not know where the shampoo and condition was. Who knows if she was a new student or not, but it was very unprofessional. You should always have confidence and not let your client know that you are clueless. The wash and simple trim of no more than an inch took an hour and 20 minutes. I was not done till 10:45 then the instructor had to work an extra 10 minutes to fix the ends she did not get. The max one inch turned into about 2.5 inches.
