I really hope Top Notch will improve when the remodel is completed.
A lot better than Too Notch on Washington Rd, which is currently closed for remodeling.
It's $3 more but I don't cringe when I go through it like I did with Top Notch. All four of my tires got tire shine. I only got two shined at Top Notch.
I did the puppy wash and tire shine. My rims got scratched pretty bad. And they peeled. I filed a complaint and the gm has yet to reach out to me for my damages.
Visiting from Texas and this place was recommended to me to wash my truck that just spent 1000 miles driving here. We have washes like this in Houston but this was SOOO MUCH BETTER. My truck came out more clean than I am used to. The vacuum was very strong and the slim vacuum was amazing (we don't have the slim version) and for all the crevices that dog hair can get into was nice to have. The Rug Beater was a time saver as well. Great place. Highly recommend Lulu's!
The worst two car wash experiences ever! I purchased a $10 car wash and when I drove around to enter the car wash the workers told me that the machine was down. At that point I asked for a refund and the employee told me that it was not possible for him to give me a refund because they did not have any cash on hand. I asked the employee to let me speak with the manager and they called the owner. The owner instructed them to give me a $18 car wash code for the next time I came even though I originally purchased a $10 wash. When I returned a week later to use redeem the car wash the code that was given to me did not work. I then paid for another $10 car wash and before proceeding into the car wash I told the worker that the code for the $18 car wash did not work and showed him the receipt that was given to me. The employee took the receipt walked inside and when he returned told me that there was nothing he could do. I asked him could I have the receipt back and he told me no. I asked to speak with his manager and when she came out he had already told her that I wanted the receipt for the car wash back and she also told me no. Therefor they took my money, did not give me a car wash, did not give me a refund, and the owner would not make it right by fixing the mistake that his employees made.
The kids begged me to go but boy are they expensive! I ended up paying $14 and that's on the lower end. I mean, the car was very clean afterwards. Didn't get to use the vacuum cause the kids were afraid of the noise.
