Best drive-thru car wash around and my husband and I are very meticulous. Always gets our vehicles sparkly and looking fresh. The ONE time my 4Runner came out less than perfect, I pointed it out and they sent me back through free of charge and threw in a tire shine for my trouble. Sparkle Express is the only drive-thru car wash my "paint and body" husband trusts his beloved Trans Am to.
At least the vacuuming worked and it was free so 2 stars from me.
I'm not sure why there are all these positive reviews.. decided to take my car here for a wash and I don't know what dirty water/wipers they used but it completely messed up my windshield. For the next day I could barely see out of it and had to buy product to clear it up.
Absolutely enjoyed it! Especially their free vacuums. Lol
Love to get my car washed here and free vacuuming. The only thing that I really wish they had would be someone to wipe down the car and the windows after it comes through the wash.
Great customer service. I have the monthly full service plan. It works out to a dollar a day and my car is always spotless. I highly recommend this service.
