Completely incompetent. I went in to preorder 2 different games. And the moron charges me for the same game 2x. Now I have to go back up there and order it online... Stay away from game stop. They clearly don't speak simple English.
The people that work at the GameStop in North Augusta are the coolest. No matter how slampak they are they always make sure that you're a good ask you how your day is going treat me very well every time I go in there
