Usually i recieve great customer service but today i felt the guy Ted was very rude for no reason... I bought a battery was not able to use it so i tried to return it. Apon my purchased when i ask can i return it the guy told me yes as long as it was not connected to anything. However, that was not the case i lost the recepit but the battery has interstate battery all over the box and battery itself they refuse to take it back because of no receipt that made no sense...when it has the name of the company stamped all over it with trademark stickers... Worst experience ever.. Won't shop there again...
