With the attitude she gave me, I wouldn't buy dog or cat food from her if it was the last place on earth. I believe in buying small and local as I own a small and local business and I tell ya if I treated my customers like this, I'd be out of business QUICK!

A great small business in downtown NA. I was in town for the holidays and needed a few things for my dog. I am fairly picky. They had just what I needed and great service. No need to go to big box stores. This needs to be your first stop for pet needs in NA!
Called on the phone to ensure they had the brand of dog food I buy. The gal that answered the phone was annoyed by my call and questions. I felt it was a bother to her. When I was done asking questions, I hung up realizing I needed to ask another about cat food. Again, even more annoyed that I called back. I asked her if she was they owner and she said yes.
The fine ladies that own this store are TRUE animal lovers!! They have bent over backwards to accommodate my wife, me and most importantly, our twin German Shepherds! They special order the food that we request, they do the same for our training treats, and have never failed at accommodating our every request! They also insist on giving us a 10% discount because we are both in EMS. Every guest in their store who brings in their furry baby gets a photo up on the wall for all to admire. The ladies are locals who are doing an amazing job of helping North Augustans take care of their four legged babies. PLEASE go support them, and let them show you how much they love your furry little babies!!!
