The staff was friendly and polite. I have been to one in ATL off Camp Creek and the night crew was rude so I give you five stars for your customer service.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant, I get that it was late at night and they were getting ready to close and clean, but my order was completely forgotten about after I placed it leaving me to sit in the parking lot for thirty minutes. When I went up to the window instead of offering an apology and owning up to the mistake the guy turned toward a coworker and said really. I would have been fine if they offered an apology or showed any remorse but they didn't care.
Excellent service no matter what time you go. Great value and the friendly and efficient staff are the cherry on top. Keep up the good work guys.
